Altoona, PA, 16601I remember going to Ocean City with my youth group back when I was a young boy, which was a long time ago. We spent a majority of our time camping, going to the beach and site seeing. We had a lot of fun but we also enjoyed going to church. Attending a different church on Sunday can be fun and provide you with a new experience, some strange and some comforting. Finding a church is not difficult. They are everywhere but finding the church that best matches your belief can be difficult.
Fred Standridge and the folks at Good Things Publishing have taken the guess work out of searching for a church. They are the publishers of the “Houses of Worship Directory”. The directories are broken out by county. Each county contains listings of hundreds of churches broken out by city. Each listing contains information about the church’s pastor, contact information, and a brief description.
The directory is a good resource and it is also online. If you can not locate a copy of the book then online is your best bet. You can get all the information about churches online at www.housesofworshipdirectory.com. The online directory makes searching for the right Church easy. You can search by pastor, church name, denomination, and more. It is a valuable resource.

Well Done
Good video, nice and simple. That's perfect. Gets the point across. Very interesting concept. When I go on the road to call square dances on Saturday nights I usually go to 5pm mass Saturday before the dance. But lately, I've called ahead and the dancers suggest a home town restaurant for me, which have always been great recommendations. And, the dancers add " you should go to this church or that mass for sunday service because the pastor is awesome." The dancers in the towns I play are my inside scoop. They are my directory. But, I really like this guy's idea.
"I hope I'm in the FUNNIES before I'm in the Obits."
