Clearfield County, PA heritage site under construction

I talked to some folks from Clearfield County, PA yesterday at Fort Roberdeau who told me about a VERY ambitious project they're doing -- they're building a heritage park to tell the stories of the county!

American Indian sites, log rafts, early settlers, log cabins, covered bridge, even a waterpowered sawmill -- all these things are included in the park now being developed privately. Wouldn't that make a great blog! I've encouraged the builders to join us here at storytrax and share their stories. Few of us actually have the opportunity to build history.

That Sounds Great

I look forward to the story. Sounds like a great place to visit.
