A Hero Mom

Hey story pros!!! My husband is getting ready to start a series of sermons playing on the hit show "Heroes". If you aren't familiar, it's about a group of everyday people that have super powers. He is going to focus on Biblical Heroes of the Christian faith. Does anybody have a good story about a famous modern day Mom hero? He has some ideas but is looking for something that might connect with folks a bit better.
