We bid you welcome to our fellowship. It is a place which we tend with care. We do not expect all to believe as one. We ask only that you try to live a kindly, helpful life, with the dignity proper to a human being. Speakers here have the task of presenting religion freely, fearlessly, and faithfully. Hearers have the responsibility of testing what they hear, not only with the critical mind, but also in the living of everyday life. The members of this congregation welcome the presence and support of all who believe that religion is wider than any sect and deeper than any set of opinions, and all who might find in their company friendship, strength, and encouragement for daily living.
We are a faith community that........
• Respects every person and affirms their rights and dignity; • Values and helps children search for their beliefs while building the skills and confidence to live their lives wholly; • Cherishes freedom of thought and encourages open dialogue on questions of faith; • Fosters spiritual growth and ethical living; • Acts locally and thinks globally on the great issues of our time - world peace, human rights, justice for all, and environmental protec-tion.The UU Fellowship offers Religious Education classes for children each Sunday during our morning service at 10:30 am. There are monthly Soulful Sundown services for those seeking contemporary worship, and monthly evening Family services designed for parents and children. The UU Fellowship offers a number of activities to further connec-tions within and beyond the Fellowship itself. There are Wonderful Soulful Wednesdays each month, 4th Wednesday Game Night, Small Group Ministries, and Dinner Club to name a few. Additionally, Social Action and Service Committees keep us working toward a better com-munity and world based on our Unitarian Universalist beliefs.
