Foot of Ten, PAThe community at the foot of Plane 10 of the Allegheny Portage Railroad was known as Germanyville; after the construction of the railroad, it was, and still is, known locally as “Foot of Ten.” The plane is visible by following the road through Foot of Ten and looking across the creek. The foot of the plane has been destroyed.
