Steeler Victory Parade

When my wife and I got out of bed on Tuesday February 3, she told me what she wanted for her upcoming birthday -to attend the Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl XLIII Victory Parade!

We left home at 8 a.m., stopped in Altoona at Denny's for a "free" breakfast Grand Slam, and travelled the 125 miles to Pittsburgh.  As we got closer, the Pittsburgh radio stations were warning people about the lack of restroom facilities and parking issues.  They suggested a lot that had parking space available, so we headed for that general area.  We ended up parking on the street in a tow-away zone [everyone was doing the same thing], and walking 5-blocks to Grant Street.  We were in place and waiting 20-minutes before the parade was to begin.

I will confess that I was sure we would not make it!  We did, and the videos of the parade are posted below.  We added the names of players and coaches we recognized, but many are not listed.  Players look different in "street" clothes. If you recognize any player, post a comment and we will update the video.
