Repetitive problems

Have you ever had the same thing occur multiple times all around the same time at your work!

I do a lot of website work and corporate computer work.  I havent been doing a bunch of home computer work lately.  Not that I couldnt.  I havent been getting calls because obviously I've already fixed all the problems.  Last week I get three out of the blue calls of people that I have semi-knew but never done work for before.  They all call within a matter of three days and all three have almost the same thing (spyware - winantivirus 2008 or 2009).  Two weeks ago I get two calls in the same week about computers that wont power on.  Then my own computer stops powering.  I ended up ordering three computer power supplies.  Two for customers and one for myself.

Have you ever noticed that this happens.  I know it happens in other fields than the computer field.  Ive taken my car to the local mechanic (Holsingers, New Enterprise PA - for some kind promotion purposes I post this).  He takes a ride in the car and instantly tells me what it is.  Wheel Ball-Bareing <sp>.  Seems he had already replaced two that week and it was Wednesday when I had talked to him.  He replaced it and all has been well.

I wonder why this happens.  Not to slap religion out there but does GOD just up and say... let there be Power Supply problems this week.

It is half ironic that this happens and it is usually interesting because you never see it coming till you run into the second problem or the third.

Has anyone else ran into something like this.
