Showmanship Presentation

At the Poconos Callers School, held this past November, in northeastern Pennsylvania, Caller Coaches Tom Miller, Tim Marriner and Betsy Gotta conducted several very interesting educational forums.  Here's about 5 minutes of a 45 minute seminar on Showmanship.  This clip is so good for any kind of entertainer, speaker or showman.  Of course, these panelists and moderators are talking to a room full of square dance callers, but the points they are making are very good for basic presentation skills.

How true for anyone who is booked to speak or perform for an audience.  Interesting scenarios and 'what ifs' are brought up, as well as appearances and attitudes.  These two talk from personal experiences, and conduct their seminars with lighthearted tenderness. ( If you like this video, let me know, and I'll try to post more )

Here's another 2.5 minute clip from the same presentation about 'first impressions'

Tom needs to link this clip to square dance forums, so more traffic can see it.
